Coaching Agreement

1. By signing up for my coaching, you acknowledge that this is not a substitute for psychiatric help, this is not traditional mental health therapy or anything of the kind. 

2. By signing up for my coaching, you confirm that you do not use any illegal drugs, even recreationally. If your statement will be proven to be false, I have the right to terminate our coaching immediately.

3. By signing up for my coaching, you confirm that you’re not in violation of any law in United States or any other country. If your statement will be proven to be false, I have the right to terminate our coaching immediately.

4. By signing up for my coaching, you acknowledge that you’ve made yourself familiar with my personality style through my videos on my YouTube Channel and you know I am very direct, I am truthful, and in so doing I sometimes use words like “ fuck” and “ bullshit” to empathize my point, I may challenge your previous belief systems, I may push your comfort zone, I may even sometimes come across as rude in order to get you to break out of your dysfunctional cycle.

5. By signing up for my coaching, you acknowledge that I, as your coach, am permitted to be blunt with you, to tell you exactly what I think is happening in your world right now or has happened in the past in your life. My purpose is not to offend anyone, but rather make you see where you need to do the work so you walk away with the best results at the end of our coaching.

6. By signing up for my coaching, you understand, that if you resist my methods, challenge me, disrespect me, harass me or refuse to go along with the assignments I give you, I have the right to terminate our coaching immediately. 

7. By signing up for my coaching, you understand that my sessions are one hour long. If I choose to go over by a few minutes, that is entirely up to me, but is not part of our agreement and should not be your expectation in any way.

8. By signing up for my coaching, you understand that you cannot demand my attention 24/7 and have to be able to wait for my reply if you send me an email or a text message. If you send me multiple emails or texts, I have the right to terminate our coaching immediately.

9. By signing up for my coaching, you acknowledge that my coaching fee is non refundable under any circumstances.

10. By signing up for my coaching, you understand that anything you’ve learned about my coaching program be it personal coaching or coaching for coaches is fully copyright protected as well as any recorded materials of my coaching that we share during the coaching, and that using such materials and knowledge in order to create, establish or promote a competing business, thus, sharing and profiting from copyright protected intellectual property, from your own coaching business or any competing business using identical knowledge, information and tools or in any other capacity benefiting from illegally profiting from the exclusive and copyright protected intellectual property, will directly violate the competition laws in the state of New York and will be grounds for a lawsuit against you in order to recover financial liability for using such materials without my (Anna Elizabeth’s) consent, would represent theft of intellectual property and may result in a criminal conviction for you.

11.  By signing up for my coaching, you understand that all information shared with me will be kept private and confidential, as allowable by law. Exceptions may be made if there is an imminent threat towards myself, you or someone else and if you have involved yourself in doing something illegal, thus breaking the law, which will be reported to the authorities and the damaged parties.
