One
Irregardless of which coaching package you choose, I always start out by covering your history, because that’s where a lot of answers to your today’s problems are.
Depending on how much we have to work through, this may take up to a month.
Two
Once we are done covering your history, we begin the processing of everything that brought you pain, discomfort, resentment even trauma up until today.
We work through your beliefs extensively and I offer you several exercises, depending on your situation with which you can arrive at creating a shift in your consciousness towards the new version of yourself.
Three
The last part of coaching with me consists of deciding on your dream life in every department of your life and creating achievable goals and steps on the way to the big picture, starting to manifest those things and making sure you are emotionally and mentally cemented in your new reality and vision.
